IMHO, I would go for a 5D Mk III every time. The 6D line is an entry level series but the 5D line is pro level. This might not be a factor for you but it would be for me. Again if it were me I would go for the 80D over the 6D Mk II. I love the 80D and Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 DC HSM Art Lens combo. It is a tough combo to beat and I don't see the 6D The Canon 6D Mark ii's video is worse 1080p than the original Canon 6D. It's very soft. The 90D has more dynamic range and ISO performance than the 5D Mark iii I believe. Would have to double check that but I'm fairly certain it does. Although the 5D Mark iii is full frame.
